Baking Bonanza: Red Velvet Cookies

As you might have gathered from previous posts, I love baking. It is one of my absolute favorite things to do! Especially on days like today when its snowy and a great time to stay bundled up inside.

A great recipe to kick off the winter time (which is coming sooner than expected!) is this red velvet chocolate chip cookie one.

I’ve made these cookies before and they are mmm, mmm, good! They are a great variation from a classic chocolate chip cookie and are quite addicting. They were a big hit with my family.

I’m a big fan of red velvet everything. I love making red velvet whoopie pies around Valentine’s Day especially, and this is another great recipe to add to the red velvet bunch.

So, take advantage of the coziness of the indoors that comes with the first snowfall of the season and whip up some delicious treats you’re sure to enjoy!
